I keep wanting to get eat, pray, love but every time I have it in my hand, I put it back. I hear that it is great for women finding themselves. Somehow that doesn’t sound like a book for me. So I skip it. But, upon reading your little take on it, I think I’ll get it. I’ll let you know how it goes! Thanks for the tip, too!

Many of these are favorites – the 2 that stand out, I love A. Roy’s God of Small Things for the word weaving, and I recently finished Glass Castle – haunting.

I will forever be in literary debt to you for introducing me to eat, pray, love. That book really changed some of the ways I thought about the course my life was on. OH, and Persuasion is my favorite Jane Austen book.

I love many of these same books. Have to say I didn’t expect to love Bel Canto, just seemed a weird premise. But love it I did. :)

Also, ring of endless light? Definite keeper.
